Bonzai was still a handsome old man at almost nine years old. He was black with a large white belt and beautiful long white ears. Feet and legs were still as strong as a buck much younger. Bonzai showed a lot of strength and power, with an excellent set to his rear legs. Bonzai is the sire to ten permanent grandchampion daughters and hopelfully more to come! In 1993 he was the sire to the third place junior get at the National Show. Then in 1997 his daughters took second place senior get, with all of them placing extremely well in their own classes. GCH Jesta Farm Time On My Hands was the second place four year old, standing behind the National Champion for that year. GCH Jesta Farm Lilly's Lady was the fifth place five year old, third place udder. The list goes on. Jesta Farm MB Madison was Bonzai's Spotlight Sale daughter in 1994. In the spring of 1998, at seven years old, Bonzai was Best of Breed in two of the four rings at the New York Buck Extravaganza held in Altamont, NY. Bonzai daughters are wide, level, and stand on strong feet. Mammaries are strongly attached. Bonzai now has two sons who are on ADGA's Young Sire Development List. It is really hard to say enough good things about a buck that has just about done it all.
